You will be responsible for promoting brands by distributing sample/brochures and/or demonstrating products in stores in your area. Major Responsibilities• Select pre-scheduled promotional events by eBooking online • Execute promotional event on scheduled date, time and location • Follow approved Event Instructions for scheduled events • Utilize MC Card to purchase sample product/supplies and to monitor event • IVR/Computerlink reports are due within 12 hours after event • Return receipts, report forms and other needed materials as specified in instructions within 24 hours of execution • Communicate all issues prior to, during and/or after events • Professional representation of products and store (surveillance cameras and personnel monitor activities) Minimum Position Requirements• Excellent verbal skills • Computer access with Internet and printing capabilities • Organized, detail oriented and computer literate • Able to promote a variety of products • Customer service skills • Reliable transportation Physical Requirements of Position• Adequate vision (corrected or uncorrected) to read correspondence, event information and computer screens without any restrictions • Hearing (corrected or uncorrected) must be sufficient to allow for consumer interaction with accurate comprehension • Adequate speech to clearly provide information to shoppers, store personnel and consumers • Ability to set up, take down event table and display of product • Ability to stand for a minimum of 5 hours, lift and carry 25 pounds without assistance, and reach a minimum shelf height of 72 inches About Mass Connections, Inc.
