Up for sale is an HP Model 420VE external CD/DVD burner. I purchased this unit new and it works great. In excellent condition.

Works with Windows XP and probably others. It comes with all original accessories, manuals and software.

As you can see from the picture, on the box lists it as compatible with +R / -R / +RW / -RW discs. It also lists the speeds.
