Beagle - Small - Senior - Male - Dog - Petey

UPDATE 10-26-09: Petey came to us with his toenails grown into his feet and he was literally the dirtiest dog I had ever seen. We took Petey to the groomer for some much needed TLC. He is a sweet little guy just looking for a home where he can be the family pet and maybe have some time to run in the yard or the dog park. I don't think Petey has ever know a real dogs life. We have only had him a short time and when we love on him you can tell he appreciates it, but he is still very anxious at the same time. Its almost as if he thinks that this pampering is going to end. Well we hope we can find Petey his forever home where someone will pamper and love him for the rest of his life. We don't think Petey is an older guy, but he doesn't act like it! He is full of spunk and has a lot of love left to give. He only weighs about 15lbs. Petey needs to be fixed before he goes home, but as soon as we get an approved application this can be done. If you think you are the right person for Petey please contact us today. We cannot continue to rescue more dogs in need until we find forever homes for the ones we currently have. Petey's adoption fee is $125.00, this helps cover the cost of his neuter, microchip, tests and shots.
