11-17-09: We still haven't found a 'FUR-ever' home for Gussie! She would be a wonderful dog for anyone looking for a loveable playful dog! She would be great for anyone that is looking for not only a companion, but a great dog that will protect your family. Gussie is sweet natured and ready for her forever family. If you think you are that family, let us know today! Meet Augusta! She is a beautiful Yellow Lab mix. Augusta was left at a high kill shelter because her previous owner moved out of state and did not take her with him. Poor Augusta had no clue what happened when she was left at that shelter. We rescued her just before she was scheduled to be euthanized. Augusta is a beautiful and loving big girl. She would be perfect for anyone who wants not only a companion, but also a friend to protect them. She is a very loyal dog and would do well with anyone. Augusta has the cutest little ears, and the mushiest lips, you just want to give her a big kiss!!! If you think that Augusta is the furbaby you have been looking for, please don't hesitate and contact us today! We have lots of animals right now and more need our help, so we love to find forever homes for the animals we have! Augusta's adoption fee is only $50.00. This helps cover the cost of her spay, microchip, tests and shots. Augusta does not do well with indoor cats, so she would prefer a home by herself or with other medium/large dogs she could make friends with.
