Cody was adopted from the Pound as an 8 week old puppy 6/2/09. Owners returned him today for continually getting on the road. A little while later owner returned to Pound to adopt another dog!! Anyhow, please give Cody another chance. I suspect he is no longer a "cute" puppy and probably no longer wanted. Remember all puppies chew up things as they are getting their adult teeth. Cody is still only 6 months old, He is located in pen 8 if you would like to come down and spend some time with him. His neuter is already paid for. Dogs in the Rowan County K-9 Shelter receive their first dhppl vaccination (parvo/distemper) upon arrival at the pound. Rabies vaccine and spay/neuter surgery can be done for the $50 adoption fee. Please note rabies vaccine and surgeries are NOT done on site and dogs must be adopted before they receive rabies vaccine or surgery.
