Poor Oscar. He is very scared. He is very sweet, once you get him over his fear. He has been allowed to stay with his buddy, Ashley, to help him feel braver. Are you the one who can give him a forever home, where he won't have to be afraid again?This shelter euthanizes weekly due to overpopulation.
