Wilbur was rescued from a rural kill shelter just in time. He loves a belly rub and a warm lap. He would be the perfect dog for a couple or single. He loves his foster mom and dad. He is in a foster home with other cats, kittens and dogs. He gets along with them but lots of noise and movements make him nervous. He will not be placed in a home with children. He is a loving dog who is approximately eight years young and a little overweight.
