I have a three year old dog kennel building and chain link fence for sale. The building itself is a 12x 12 building with a new green metal roof. It has 4 runs on each side, for a total of 8 runs. The runs on the outside are 12 foot long and 3 ft wide, for a total of 12 panel links. The pens on the inside are 3x3 and there are 8 total. There are three windows, gutters and a exaust fan system installed. It is completely wired for electric. The inside is fully covered with soffit and the outside is tan siding with white trim. I even have heat lamps and tractor supply mats for the ground that I use in the cooler months that I would let go with it. The building has to be taken down and moved. My husband says it will come down in sections and isn't too hard to do with a bit of work. It cost us well over $8000 to build it from scratch and the only reason I am selling it is because we are moving and I only have a few dogs now. We will help take it a part if needed.
